06th May 1968: First Registered as G-BSST to UK Ministry of Technology.

09th April 1969: First flight from Filton  More ... >>.
01st June 1969: First public appearance.
25th March 1970: Flew for the first time at Mach1.
01st September 1970: Made an appearance at the SBAC show at Farnborough.
12th November 1970: Reached Mach 2.
19th February 1971: Re-registered as G-BSST to Ministry of Aviation Supply.
07th February 1972: Flew with the production type undercarriage.
22nd April 1972: Made its first appearance in Germany at the Hanover Air Show.
02nd June 1972: Left Fairford and began a 45,000 mile sales demonstration tour of 12 countries in the Far East and Australia.
01st July 1972: Returned to London Heathrow having completed its sales demonstration tour of the Far East and Australia  More ... >>.
04th September 1972: Appeared daily in the flying display at the SBAC Farnborough Show.
20th February 1973: Successfully completed the 'hot and high' performance trials and demonstrations in South Africa.
24th February 1973: Returned from South Africa to Fairford.
01st June 1973: Made high altitude sampling flights, in support of the 'international research programme', to improve the knowledge of the stratosphere.
09th July 1973: Began temperature and altitude accountability trials, 2,000 feet above sea level at Torrejon, near Madrid.
04th March 1976: Retired to the Fleet Air Arm Museum at the RN Air Station Yeovilton.
26th July 1976: Re-registered as G-BSST to London Science Museum.
